Main conference:
For re-submission, changes, etc. log in with the username and
password you created during your initial submission. You then will
be presented with a list of your submitted papers. You may then
select to either edit your existing information (address, email
address, etc), if needed, and/or resubmit your paper.
Acceptance of papers is based on the full paper
(double blind refereeing),
limited to 8 pages. However, prospective authors
are invited to submit a short abstract in advance (250 - 400 words),
in order to check if the proposed topic fits within the conference
scope.
Abstract submission is done directly in papers submission system,
without needing special formatting.
Regarding the full paper, considering that the final version of accepted papers needs to follow the LNCS format, it is advisable that you adopt this format from the beginning. Accepted papers for the full conference will be included in the proceedings book by Springer.
Applied developments track:
Submissions for this track are based on extended abstracts (electronic proceedings only, reporting about practical implementation cases and lessons learned. Prospective authors are invited to submit a short abstract first to check alignment with conference scope.
