The conference will be held at Hotel Costa da Caparica**** in the village of Costa da Caparica, about 15 Km south of Lisbon. The hotel is located in the first line in front of one of the most attractive beaches of Lisbon‘s coast, and as September is high season you might consider spending a few extra days at a conference delegate special price. Convenient public transportation to Lisbon downtown and surroundings is available at walking distance from the hotel (see touristic hints & transportation).

As the month of September is still high season, YOU ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to make your reservations well in advance. To secure your reservation, a credit card number or a deposit of the first nigth's accommodation is required. Credit cards will be charged only after arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before foreseen arrival, without any penalty. All reservations are subject to confirmation.
