The general approach is to invite leading members of key international projects and other initiatives in the area of virtual enterprises and electronic business to join the project. The membership will also be open to students and other interested parties from industry.

For the sake of efficiency and practicality (operationality???), a small coherent coordinating kernel ‘The Coordination Board’ will be established. This body, together with the project leader appointed by TC 5,  will coordinate the various tasks of the project and will play a major role in attracting participants and contributions from their “areas of influence”.

    The other participants will have the opportunity to contribute via the Discussion Forum (WEB-based) and participating in the organized events. They will have access to all generated knowledge / information, via Internet.

The web-based forum and dissemination agency will be installed and maintained at the institution of the project leader.

    Special attention will be assigned to Complementing the other international initiatives (e.g. IST, IMS, INCO, etc. programs) will be pursued.
