Please be aware that for each paper, at least one author has to register for the conference, by February 16, 2009, using a non-student registration fee rate. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the final proceedings.

Each paper is allowed maximum 6 pages in the conference proceedings.
Please also note that authors who intend to present at the conference more than two papers must pay additional registration fee (additional paper fee).
