Paper submission
Before submit your paper, please read this informations to ensure that your document is compliant with IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format, in order to be accepted at the conference.
Accepted papers will be published in IEEE proceedings volume to be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
Manuscript Format
The working language of the conference is English. Papers are limited to six (6) A4 sized sheets, and must conform to the IEEE two-column format for conference papers. Up to two additional sheets may be included, but authors will be required to pay additional charges. Submissions exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted.
Templates for written papers are available in Word, PDF, and LaTeX formats. Only papers following these templates, and conforming to IEEE Xplore® compliant Portable Document Format (PDF), will be accepted. A simplified requirements for creating PDF files for IEEE Xplore is here.
IEEE PDF eXpress system
To translate the manuscripts to IEEE Xplore PDF Format, authors are encouraged to use the free IEEE PDF eXpress system to convert their files. This system provides:
- A simple way to compare author-made PDFs to the IEEE Xplore requirements;
- A robust PDF conversion engine to convert source application files to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.

Submission
Final manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the conference website http://ieee-ies.org/submit/indin11/.
Submission Requirements
No other format would be accepted and the document must not be encrypted, locked, or otherwise write-protected.
