Call for Papers
Papers are limited to six (6) A4 sized sheets, and must conform to the IEEE
two-column format for conference papers. Up to two additional sheets may be
included, but authors will be required to pay additional charges. Submissions
exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted.
Do NOT insert any headers, footers, or page numbers.
Do NOT insert biographical information for authors!
The working language of the conference is English.
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the
conference webpages.
Evaluation of papers is based on the submited full paper, followed by peer
revision.
Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors.
The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a full
registration fee payment (not student registration) proof.
All conference attendees, including authors and session chairpersons, must pay
the conference registration fee, and their travel expenses.
