This Special Session is prepared within the framework of the IEEE IES 
Technical Committee on "Education in Engineering and Industrial Technologies"

You are invited to consider preparing a submission in areas including, 
but not limited to the following topics of interest:

- Curricula/course development in industrial technologies
- Simulation/emulation versus real experimentation within 
      Remote versus Virtual versus On-site laboratories
- Successful remote laboratorios: case studies providing added value 
      to open and distance learning
- Distance learning
- Industrial technologies and pre-college education
- Methods to reinforce Quality Teaching and Learning in Engineering
- Educational issues impacts considering different ecological 
      sustainability challenges

Please submit your paper through conference website.
Submission procedure: The same as for regular papers.
Submission deadlines: December 18th, 2006 (if you need some extra days, 
please contact organizers by the deadline; 
organizers will be glad to receive your submission even after this deadline).
