General information

We will have a beamer (XGA 1024x768) and an overhead projector in every room. So, you need to take a portable or the transparencies with your presentation.

For authors of long papers and Industrial Practice Session papers

We will have four and five paper long sessions for paper presentation.

Depending on the session, each paper will have between 21 and 24 minutes to be presented (including questions and answers). To get the estimated duration, you can take the duration of your session and divide by 5 for 2:00 and 1:45 long sessions, and by 4 for 1:30 and 1:25 long sessions. So, we recommend you to structure your presentation taking this into account.

For authors of Work-in-Progress session papers

Work-in-progress sessions are scheduled to Thursday, 18, 16:00-18:00.

First hour will be for short oral presentations (five minutes each); second hour will be used for poster presentation and interaction.

You should prepare your poster taking into account that you have a maximum surface of 90cm width by 120cm height.

Room 3 will be used for poster session. You should put there your poster after morning sessions of Thursday, 18.
